Deposit Agreement

A deposit of $200.00 can be placed to hold your puppy until the puppy is ready for it's  new home (usually at 8wks of age).  Deposits may be paid with Cash, Check, Money Order, or Credit Card through PayPal.  You do not have to be a PayPal member to use this service.  PayPal accepts most major Credit Cards.  If sending a deposit via Postal Service, please send it Priority Mail with Delivery Conformation or Signature Required.  Send the tracking number to me through Email, so that we can both track the payment.  Special arrangements are sometimes made between the seller and purchaser as to the puppies pick up date.   All terms must be stated and in agreement by both parties.  If a later pick up date is required and agreed upon, additional cost may be applied to the final purchase price to cover the cost of additional required shots and updated Florida Health Certificate for the puppy.  A vaccination schedule of 8wks, 12wks and 16wks old is strictly followed.  Deposits are not refundable  and are forfeited if puppy is not paid in full by stated pick up date.  Deposits are not transferable to another puppy.  It is always best to see the puppy that you are interested in before placing a deposit, but as circumstances  do not always allow this to be possible,  please feel free to ask questions about the puppy that you are interested in before placing a deposit.  Please make sure you have read and understand the 72 Hour Health Warranty/Agreement of Sale that will apply to the purchase of this puppy.
